A year and a half ago I bought a "pulsatile sinus irrigator" and tried it without much success because I was eating so many foods that cause inhalant allergies in me (namely, WHEAT!). Now, after three months on a wheatless diet, I still have sinus problems, so I tried the sinus irrigator once again. This time the effect has tremendous.
