![]() | Thanks for the quote, Father Ted
Well, now that things are settling down onthe FFF, at least for a while, I had a chance to watch an episode of my favorite priest, Father Ted. For those of you who don't know, Father Ted was a comedy series on Irish TV about three dimwit priests who were given as remote a parish as possible. There's Father Jack, a lecher (no relation to any other lecherous Jack in the ministry) and boozer; Father Dougal who makes anvils look intelligent by comparison; and Father Ted Crilly, who does have some devout ideas but is constantly tempted by hopes of money and fame. I think it would be a good idea to pull out one of my favorite quotes from Father Ted |
