Gerald and the Boar Hunt
Got an e-mail today from "Larger than Life" Gerald, who is getting ready to take his son on another boar hunt this week. Gerald is the man I named "Jethro" in the Big Pharma story, which is a tale of incredible abuse in the workplace and how seven of us teamed up to survive it and find some artful way to fight it. (We did, and we won.) Once a year Gerald takes his 20-something son and his stepfather with him to the wilds of Texas or Oklahoma to hunt wild boar. Then he comes back and tells stories all about it. I never thought I was a keen one for big-game type stories, but Gerald is the Original Oklahoma yarn-spinner. Here is a link to one of the cabins where he will be staying. Good luck Gerald! Bring us home some great stories! I'm not able to eat pork because of my weak stomach, but I do love his stories!
